1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment is made.
• The remaining balance must be settled as per the agreed schedule (before/after event, depending on package).
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the shoot may result in a partial or full cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

2. Deliverables

• Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the timeline discussed during booking (typically 2–4 weeks).
• All final deliverables will be shared in digital format (download link or gallery). Albums and prints are optional and may incur additional costs.
• Raw files will not be provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

• It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate event details (time, location, schedule).
• Any special moments or rituals that must be captured should be informed in advance.
• For outdoor shoots, the client is responsible for location permissions or entry fees (if applicable).

4. Copyright & Usage

• AK Smoke Films retains the copyright to all photos and videos taken.
• Clients may use the images and videos for personal use (social media, printing, sharing with family).
• AK Smoke Films reserves the right to use selected images or clips for promotional purposes (website, portfolio, social media, etc.).

• If you prefer not to have your content shared publicly, you must notify us in writing at the time of booking.

5. Liability

• While we take great care to deliver quality work, AK Smoke Films is not liable for delays or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, equipment failure, etc.).
• In the rare case of data loss or corruption, liability will be limited to a refund or a reshoot (if applicable).

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and follow strict policies to protect your personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

AK Smoke Films reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with an effective date.
